Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at N.W.T. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, implementing price and credits policies, and monitoring revenues and expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Implement and maintain price and credits policies to optimize revenue streams
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs
  • Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process purchases and maintain inventory levels
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
