Job Description

N.W.T. LTD. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in planning and organizing daily operations, implementing price and credits policies, and monitoring revenues and expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily operational plans to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize productivity.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement price and credits policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Monitor and analyze revenues and expenses to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to ensure adequate coverage and support for daily operations.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Process Purchases: Process purchases and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position with English as the primary language of communication.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
