Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Culinary Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Kitchen Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses to achieve excellent service standards and sales goals.
  3. Menu Planning: Collaborate with our chef to develop new menu items and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
  4. Cost Control: Manage food and labor costs to maintain profitability and meet budget targets.
  5. Safety and Sanitation: Ensure that our kitchen and dining areas meet health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
