- Review candidate inventories
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
- Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work setting: Private sector
- Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Database software, Project management software, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
