Key Responsibilities
  • System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks to identify and resolve issues.
  • User Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with computer-related issues.
  • Research and Troubleshooting: Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users to help them resolve technical issues.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Network and Internet Support: Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet connectivity.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, including installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Recruitment: Recruit newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
