About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Jaison Immigration Solutions. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings, and make reservations as needed.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
