We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Building Infrastructure.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of project managers and senior architects in delivering a portfolio of major construction and renovation projects for provincial buildings. As the Manager, Building Infrastructure, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects, from planning through to design, construction, and commissioning. You will work closely with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Primary Accountabilities- Develop and maintain relationships with client department representatives to meet their short and long-term needs for building infrastructure project delivery.
- Develop and maintain the vision and goals for projects, ensuring they align with the department's broader vision and goals.
- Explore innovative solutions to resolve project challenges, integrating and analyzing complex and diverse information sources.
- Deliver expert research, analysis, consultation, and advice on project design, construction, and delivery issues to drive continuous improvement.
We are seeking a senior-level architect or engineer with extensive experience in the building design and construction industry. You must have a strong technical background, coupled with progressive experience managing and coaching staff. You should be an excellent communicator with good relationships with colleagues, clients, industry partners, and senior management.
