Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at VM's Art of Installation Ltd.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze competitors' operations, and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
