The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operation of a Spirit Halloween store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, controlling expenses, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage store operations, including shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, while maintaining a high level of Guest Services.
- Manage and control expenses, including labor, inventory, and overhead costs.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the consignment operator to ensure a successful partnership.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this job require standing/walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
Employment Benefits:
As an employee of the consignment operator, you will be responsible for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
