Job Title: Chef

At FLAVORS & SPICES INC., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they are presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
  • Work Hours: Heures de travail: 40 hours per week.
