About the RoleThe Senior Pastry Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the production of all pastries, bread, and sweet goods. This includes preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders, as well as baking mixed dough and batters.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train staff and ensure that products meet established standards.
