SUSHI JET ASIAN CUISINE is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel
- Area of specialization: Accounting
- Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently, Attention to detail, Tight deadlines
- Personal suitability: Accurate, Organized, Reliability, Time management
- Work Term: Permanent
