Key Responsibilities- Concession Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our concession stands, including managing staff, inventory, and cash handling.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with event managers to ensure seamless execution of events, including setup, staffing, and logistics.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train concession staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of concession items.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing sales, handling customer complaints, and reconciling cash at the end of each event.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on concession sales, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 6-12 months of experience in concession operations, event planning, or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
- Certifications: Valid Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Certifications required.
