About the Role

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of technical systems and software
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Demonstrated expertise in computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
