We are seeking a highly skilled Repossession Collection Specialist to join our team in Oakville. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience in repossession and collections, with a strong understanding of the automotive finance lifecycle and vehicle values. You will be well-versed in the industry and able to communicate effectively in English.

In this role, you will appraise and determine accurate wholesale and retail values on assets, use tools like CBB, Nada, Blue books, Trader, online resources, etc., and prepare detailed support documents. You will also perform duties related to intake, repossession, transport, and skip processes according to company policies and legislative guidelines.

A successful Repossession Collection Specialist must be detail-oriented, able to understand and prepare complex documentation, and maintain detailed records. You will also manage vendor performance, ensure tasks are completed, and expectations met.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $52,000 - $55,000, plus a bonus structure based on company performance.
