Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is a key member of the Seaspan team, responsible for providing technical and administrative support to ensure efficient operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel plans, and facilitate communication between departments and external groups.
  • Process expense reports, maintain inventory, and drive company vehicles as needed.
  • Support daily activities, including data entry, material duplication, and invoice tracking using Microsoft Office and specialized software.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for shipping and logistics arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, and provide technical setup and support for virtual meetings.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education, plus post-secondary courses relevant to administration and technical support.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an office environment, supporting seniority levels, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Class 5 driver's license and intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
