As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to individuals in need of rehabilitation services. Your expertise will be utilized to assess, treat, and consult with patients to help them achieve their goals and regain independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to provide coordinated care and support
- Develop and implement goal-directed treatment programs using therapy assistants
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active registration and practice permit from the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute or long-term care rehabilitation programs
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing demands
