Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Wilshire Inn Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, recruiting and hiring staff, and supervising staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct performance reviews and training sessions
- Perform front desk duties and implement marketing activities
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Develop and implement business plans
- Establish work schedules and manage events
- Organize and maintain inventory and provide on-site services
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility and initiative to take on additional responsibilities
