Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Wilshire Inn Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including front desk duties, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue, including social media management and event planning.
  • Financial Management: Manage hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Rural area.
