Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Wilshire Inn Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience at the hotel.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's finances, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and that the hotel is operating within budget.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
