Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Wilshire Inn Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including front desk duties, staff supervision, and performance reviews.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the hotel's needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide on-site services, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Marketing and Sales: Implement marketing activities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue, and establish business plans to drive growth.
- Inventory and Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, and ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.
The successful candidate will work in a rural area, with a 30 to 40 hour workweek.
