Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Wilshire Inn Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including front desk duties, guest services, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service delivery and high staff morale.
- Marketing and Sales: Implement marketing activities to increase occupancy rates and revenue, and establish relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Financial Management: Manage hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
