The Role:

We're looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager to join our Las Vegas-based team. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you'll develop and manage Customer Acquisition Centers (CACs) to drive customer adoption. You'll partner with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to develop and optimize sales operations, identify short-term and long-term goals, and drive scalable methods of tracking production.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and managing CACs to achieve sales objectives
  • Partnering with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to develop and optimize sales operations
  • Identifying short-term and long-term goals, and driving scalable methods of tracking production
  • Owning specific CAC relationships end-to-end, and identifying new potential CAC partners in the market
  • Ensuring sales are executed in line with Amazon's customer-obsessed culture

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
  • Advanced experience working with technology tools, including Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and web analytic platforms
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • A record of accomplishment in delivering results in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • A base salary ranging from $93,700/year to $156,500/year
  • Total compensation packages that include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits
