Electrical Project Manager for Large Healthcare Facilities

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Major Projects team. This role will involve overseeing complex multi-year healthcare facilities projects, working with a team of up to 250 people, and ensuring the successful execution of Electrical and Technology project scopes.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and experience in designing and managing electrical and technology systems. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant certifications and training, is required.
Responsibilities- Participate in design and construction meetings with stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and collaborating with engineers, architects, and vendors.
- Control time, cost, and quality of construction projects.
- Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions.
- Manage project financial performance.
- Work with foremen and superintendents to review project documents and discuss labor requirements and staffing.
- Minimum 7 years of previous project management experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in electrical work.
- Demonstrated experience completing multiple projects from start-up to close-out.
- High school Diploma & Electrical TQ or Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Training or Courses in Project Management.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Accubid, MS Project.
- Financial acumen and basic understanding of contract law.
- Ability to create a detailed project schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to understand customer's needs.
- PMP Certification, P.Eng., or equivalent education.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000-$140,000 per year, plus a comprehensive total compensation package.
