Office Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Panda Pod Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, providing administrative support to our staff, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our office activities, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and tracking inventory.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, stakeholders, and clients, both internally and externally.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
