Job Description Summary: At Glen Traffic Solutions Inc., we seek a skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to coordinate and manage various office operations. Key Responsibilities include coordinating events, recording meeting minutes, establishing office procedures, and maintaining information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Events: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Minute Recording: Prepare and record accurate meeting minutes.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and establish office routines and protocols.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and make reservations as necessary.
  • Front Desk Duties: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information.
  • Document Preparation: Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is also required.
