Clinical Trials Proposal Development Manager

Job Summary:

At PSI CRO, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trials Proposal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will play a critical role in coordinating all phases of our proposal process, ensuring a win rate of 30% and higher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop High-Quality Proposals: Collaborate with global teams of subject matter experts to rapidly produce winning proposals that meet our clients' needs.
  • RFP Strategy and Planning: Develop viable RFP calendars and ensure RFP milestones are met by all involved individuals in a timely manner.
  • Proposal Development: Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls for RFPs, develop draft budgets in CLARITY, and contribute to study modeling in VISIONAL.
  • Client Communication: Review clients' specifications, obtain quality feedback from various stakeholders within the company, and work with the budgeting team to develop competitive final budgets.
  • Vendor Management: Prepare vendor RFPs and obtain vendor quotes, and provide support for bid defense meetings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited college or University.
  • Experience managing full-service clinical trial proposals at a CRO.
  • Writing and editing skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Flexibility and creativity in responding to potential clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
