Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
