Guest Experience Coach Job Summary

The Guest Experience Coach is a critical role within our retail team, responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers. This person will engage with customers, build relationships, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and brand values to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Engage with customers, asking questions to understand their needs and preferences, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
