Sales Team Lead

Chens Convenience and Cigar Store is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
