Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Top Point Auto Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and increase sales.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
