We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology Physician to join our team at BC Cancer in Surrey, BC. As a General Practitioner in Oncology, you will work collaboratively with Medical Oncologists and other medical specialists, nurses, and clerical staff in an interdisciplinary working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ambulatory care to patients on therapy and in follow-up
  • Support inpatient care as needed
  • Collaborate with Medical Oncologists and other specialists to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain expertise in medical oncology
Requirements:
  • License to practice as a family physician in British Columbia
  • Appointment as a member of the medical staff of the BC Cancer Agency and Surrey Memorial Hospital
  • Commitment to upholding the shared responsibility of creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada
  • Knowledge of social, economic, political, and historical realities impacting Indigenous communities
