Our teams are closely integrated, allowing for exciting multi-disciplinary projects that cater to government agencies, property owners, contractors, developers, realtors, architects, and other engineering and consulting firms.

Our areas of expertise include site remediation and reclamation, environmental permitting and project management, hazardous building materials assessments and abatement planning, biology and habitat assessment services, and more.

Job Description

This permanent full-time position comes with a salary of $95,000 per year, three weeks paid annual vacation, extended medical and dental benefits, and a personal performance bonus program.

The successful candidate will provide field and technical support for a range of projects and clients under the guidance and mentorship of a Senior Hydrogeologist. The role requires traveling regularly to project sites throughout the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley to meet with clients, assist with staff training, supervise/conduct fieldwork, and prepare technical reports summarizing the results of environmental assessments and monitoring activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in geological engineering or geological sciences
  • Knowledge of small water supply systems, well design and testing, storm water and wastewater management, hydrology, and water treatment
  • Familiarity with regulations under the Water Sustainability Act, Public Health Act, and Environmental Management Act
  • Proficiency in standard desktop software (Word, Excel, Foxit, etc.) and comfort with mobile apps and cloud-based software
  • Familiarity with Aquifer Test, Google Earth, BC Water Resources Atlas, MODFLOW, ArcGIS/CAD is a bonus
