About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Hydrogeologist to join our Environment & Water – Geo-environmental team in Vancouver. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in hydrogeology, groundwater supply, and project management.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a variety of hydrogeological projects, including developing and implementing groundwater investigations, designing water well systems, conducting aquifer testing, and preparing technical reports.

The role involves:

  • Designing and overseeing field investigation programs
  • Collecting and analyzing field data
  • Coordinating with clients and contractors
  • Overseeing borehole drilling and logging, well installation, and maintenance
  • Preparing and reviewing technical reports

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or geosciences, preferably with a master's degree. They should have strong work experience in field-based investigations and hydrogeological assessments, as well as proficiency in soil and rock sampling, geotechnical soil and core logging, drilling, test pitting, and water quality sampling.
