Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Infrastructure Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our project management department, you will be responsible for managing multiple civil infrastructure projects from planning to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams to achieve project objectives. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure that all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion are met to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and direct project teams, including project managers, engineers, and field staff.
  • Develop and implement project risk management strategies to minimize potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform project decisions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
* 5-7 years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction industry;
* Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and methodologies;
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
