Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Support Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial and residential customers. Your primary focus will be on handling customer calls, correspondence, and inquiries related to service scheduling, billing, and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to both residential and commercial customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Utilize our computerized system to track customer interactions, gather information, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns and respond to after-hours calls and messages from our answering service.
  • Respond to and follow up on webform inquiries and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Docs, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar.
  • Able to learn and use multiple computer systems.
  • Excellent proof-reading abilities and strong analytical skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work without direct supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
