Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our dynamic team at North York General Hospital. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and specialized lab procedures, including quality control and quality improvement programs.
  • Identify problems and take appropriate corrective action to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Use Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) to record and report information.
Requirements
  • Current CMLTO registration for Transfusion Medicine, Hematology, Biochemistry, and Histology.
  • CSMLS certification/registration.
  • Experience in Core Laboratory an asset.
  • Bilingualism in French/English an asset.
