Your Role
As an Account Executive - Personal Lines, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth by delivering personalized insurance solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and provide exceptional client service throughout the binding process.
Your Impact
- Generate new business income through the sale of Personal Insurance solutions

About You
We are looking for a sales professional who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build deep relationships with clients and colleagues quickly and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of Personal Lines experience, preferably in a broking environment, and hold an active and good-standing insurance license.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible medical and dental coverage, life insurance options, retirement savings plans, and employee assistance programs.
