About the Role:

As a Clinic Services Associate, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, verifying insurance coverage, and assisting clients with insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
  • Maintaining client records
  • Verifying insurance coverage and assisting clients with insurance claims
  • Assisting with filing, data entry, answering phones
  • Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized and stocked

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role either in the healthcare or retail sector, or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Professional and personable individual with the ability to build trust, most often with a senior demographic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and ability to juggle multiple priorities

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
