Job Summary

Cineplex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House Experience Manager to lead our VIP Guest Experience team. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional food and beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and support a dedicated team of Back of House employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain a positive and professional outlook while fostering good working relationships with colleagues and managers.
  • Take ownership of the guest experience by ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all food products.
  • Manage food inventory and stock levels, and oversee hiring and reviewing staffing levels for all kitchen staff positions.
  • Work with cooks to control food costs, portion size, and ensure every dish is prepared and presented according to Cineplex's standards.
  • Host regular staff meetings and workshops to inform, educate, and coach team members.
  • Manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment, and solve problems and resolve conflict proactively.
