About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back of House Experience Manager to join our team at CPX Windermere & VIP. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting a dedicated team of Back of House employees to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to our VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of Back of House employees to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food products.
  2. Maintain a positive and professional outlook while fostering good working relationships with Back of House, Front of House, and regional teams.
  3. Take ownership of the guest experience by ensuring food excellence, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety.
  4. Manage food inventory and stock levels, oversee hiring and staffing levels for kitchen staff positions, and work with cooks to control food costs and portion sizes.
  5. Host regular staff meetings and workshops to inform, educate, and coach team members, and provide a forum for team members to share their expertise.
  6. Solve problems and resolve conflicts proactively through analysis, critical thinking, and flexibility in approach.
  7. Adapt to change and identify opportunities to improve Back of House execution.
