Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House Experience Manager to join our team at Cineplex. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading, training, and managing a dedicated team of Back of House employees to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to our VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Back of House employees to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage services.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control food inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and colleagues to ensure consistency and quality of food products.
  • Host regular staff meetings and workshops to inform, educate, and coach team members.
  • Manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to change.
  • Solve problems and resolve conflicts proactively through analysis, critical thinking, and flexibility in approach.
