Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House (BOH) Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to our VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of BOH employees to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience

• Foster positive working relationships with BOH, FOH, and regional teams, colleagues, and managers

• Maintain a deep attention to detail and commitment to food excellence, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all food products

• Manage food inventory and stock levels, oversee hiring and staffing levels for all kitchen staff positions

• Work closely with cooks to control food costs, portion size, and ensure every dish is prepared and presented according to Cineplex's standards

• Host regular staff meetings and workshops to inform, educate, and coach team members

• Manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment, solve problems, and resolve conflicts proactively
