Back of House Experience Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back of House Experience Manager to join our team at CPX Windermere & VIP. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting a dedicated team of Back of House employees to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to our VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Back of House employees to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food products.
- Maintain a positive and professional outlook while fostering good working relationships with Back of House, Front of House, and regional teams.
- Take ownership of the guest experience by ensuring food excellence, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety.
- Manage food inventory and stock levels, oversee hiring and staffing levels for kitchen staff positions, and work with cooks to control food costs and portion sizes.
- Host regular staff meetings and workshops to inform, educate, and coach team members, and provide a forum for team members to share their expertise.
- Solve problems and resolve conflicts proactively through analysis, critical thinking, and flexibility in approach.
- Adapt to change and identify opportunities to improve Back of House execution.
