Pharmacist - Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Medication Management: Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Inventory Management: Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and over-the-counter supplements to meet patients' needs.
- Patient Counseling: Counsel patients on new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive manner, providing education and support to promote healthy outcomes.
- Community Outreach: Create awareness and educate customers through public relations initiatives, such as public health days and clinics, to promote healthy living and wellness.
- Leadership and Training: Provide on-going training and development opportunities for new and existing pharmacy colleagues, including technicians, interns, students, and IPGs, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist's license.
- Skills: Superior customer relations skills, strong sense of professionalism, excellent leadership and performance management skills, proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and personal computing skills.
