Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to ensure excellent customer service and efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance, including inventory management, cost control, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems, including Health Watch Pharmacy Computer system.
