What You'll DoAs a Health & Safety Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our workforce and minimizing risks across all aspects of our operations. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety strategies at manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and field service sites.
- Conducting thorough incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Providing guidance and training to employees on safe work practices and hazard identification.
- Collaborating with leadership teams to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and standards.
We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for safety. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in health and safety within the chemical manufacturing, processing, or field service industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
