Business Development Sales Associate

Canada TOP Tech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, maintaining existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities- Prepare and present sales contracts to customers, ensuring clear understanding of terms and conditions.
- Teach interest or professional development courses to enhance customer skills and knowledge.
- Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Provide expert advice on merchandise, including product features, benefits, and applications.
- Develop and execute advertising and promotional plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless integration with sales and inventory systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required, but relevant experience and training preferred.
- At least 1 month of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in operating computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
