Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at True Religion Brand Jeans. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, and achieving individual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store targets.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Reconcile daily sales and prepare deposits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and processing merchandise, and maintaining stock levels.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, count, and write accurately, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment, including standing, stooping, and lifting up to 11 kg.
