Sales and Business Development Representative

Your role
As a Sales and Business Development Representative at thyssenkrupp Materials CA Ltd, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions
- Generating and following up on quotes for all products
- Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Managing customer specific inventories and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting in quality related duties and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelors Degree in a related field, or comparable experience
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective listening skills
Preferred Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years sales experience
- Knowledge of raw materials and industry trends
