Your role

As a Sales and Business Development Representative at thyssenkrupp Materials CA Ltd, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions
  • Generating and following up on quotes for all products
  • Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Managing customer specific inventories and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting in quality related duties and ensuring compliance with company procedures

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelors Degree in a related field, or comparable experience
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective listening skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years sales experience
  • Knowledge of raw materials and industry trends
